MODEL AND CONTENT OF DOCUMENT ON PAYMENT OF IMPORT DUTY, EXCISE, ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND INTEREST MADE THROUGH THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE TREASURER

Considering:
- a. that with the issuance of Decision of the Minister of Finance No.232/KMK.05/1996 on the procedures for paying and remitting import duty, excise, administrative fines, interest and tax on imports, it is deemed necessary to stipulate the model and content of document on payment of import duty, excise, administrative fines or interest made through the customs office;
- b. that the model and content of document on payment of import duty, excise, administrative fines, interest and tax on imports needs to be stipulated in a Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise.
In view of:
- 1. Law No. 10/1995 on customs affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612);
- 2. Law No. 11/1995 on excise (Statute Book of 1995 No. 76, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613);
- 3. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 232/KMK.05/1996 dated April 1, 1996 on the procedures for paying and remitting import duty, excise, administrative fines, interest and tax on imports.
DECIDES:
To stipulate:
THE DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE CONCERNING THE MODEL AND CONTENT OF DOCUMENT ON PAYMENT OF IMPORT DUTY, EXCISE, ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND INTEREST. MADE THROUGH THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE TREASURER
Article 1
The model and content of document on payment of import duty, excise, administrative fines or interest on import shall be as attached.
Article 2
The document on payment of import duty, excise, administrative fines and interest shall be made in 3 (three) copies:
- - 1st sheet: for the release of goods;
- - 2nd sheet: for the payer;
- - 3rd sheet: for the customs office receiving the payment.
Article 3
The colour and size of the document of payment as meant in Article 1 shall be as follows:
- - Colour: white
- - Size: 280 mm by 215 mm
Article 4
With the enforcement of this decision, the document on payment of import duty, excise, administrative fines or interest on import originated from the List Book 3, List Book 9, List Book 26, and List Book 27, shall be declared null and void.
Article 5
This decision shall take effect as from the date of stipulation.
